Strategic acquisition enhances shared mission to help faith and flourishing
organizations grow, thrive and create Kingdom impact

Boulder, Colo. – July 30, 2025 – Gloo, a technology platform for the faith and flourishing ecosystem, today announced its acquisition of Masterworks, a premier marketing and fundraising company that helps Christ-like organizations grow their impact, accelerate their mission, and deepen supporter relationships. This strategic acquisition brings together two mission-aligned leaders with complementary capabilities and a shared vision — to strengthen the impact of faith-based organizations by serving those who serve.

The partnership also opens new opportunities to serve the more than 100,000 churches and ministry leaders in the Gloo ecosystem. Following the acquisition, Masterworks will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Gloo. Scott Beck and Brad Hill, president of Gloo Media Network, will join Masterworks’ board of directors. Steve Woodworth will transition to the role of executive chairman of the board, and Bryan Brown, current president of Masterworks, will succeed him as CEO.
